Special Needs

Many students who struggle to learn are not aware that they have learning disabilities. Once they have been tested and discover that they have special needs, Schools and other organisations can help them overcome the barriers their difficulties present by catering to their individual needs.

The following are centres which provide assessment & diagnosis for students with Special Needs¹ :

• Child Development Unit @ KKH (KK Women’s and Children Hospital)

• Child Development Unit @ NUH (National University Hospital)

• Child Guidance Clinic @ IMH (Institute of Mental Health)

• Dyslexia Association of Singapore
